About Me
My Journey
After more than four decades of professional experience, including senior leadership roles across large manufacturing organisations, I now work with organisations and individuals in a more focused and purposeful way. My journey has included building businesses from the ground up, leading large and diverse teams, navigating complex transitions, and mentoring leaders who have gone on to build successful careers of their own.

I work closely with promoters, boards, senior leaders, and next-generation leadership teams across areas such as leadership coaching and mentoring, business and organisational transformation, strategic thinking, and governance advisory. My engagements are shaped by experience rather than templates, supporting leaders through growth, restructuring, cultural alignment, leadership transitions, and long-term direction setting.

My work is guided by a belief that good leadership begins with clarity and trust. I engage selectively, working with a limited number of organisations at any given time to ensure personal involvement, discretion, and depth. Listening deeply, asking the right questions, and sharing experience honestly are central to how I work.

My Journey

Today, what brings me the greatest satisfaction is not titles or positions, but helping people think clearly, lead with confidence, and build institutions that endure.
I work closely with promoters, boards, senior leaders, and next-generation leadership teams across areas such as leadership coaching and mentoring, business and organisational transformation, strategic thinking, and governance advisory. My engagements are shaped by experience rather than templates, supporting leaders through growth, restructuring, cultural alignment, leadership transitions, and long-term direction setting. I also serve as an Independent Director and remain open to board roles where sound judgement, perspective, and stewardship can add meaningful value.

Listening deeply, asking the right questions, and sharing experience honestly are central to how I work. This phase of my professional life is about balance, clarity, and meaningful contribution for those I work with, and for myself.
