I work closely with CEOs, CXOs, and senior leaders in a one-to-one mentoring format, drawing on real leadership situations rather than theory.
The focus is on sharpening judgement, building confidence in decision-making, and developing a broader perspective beyond immediate pressures.
Many engagements involve leaders stepping into larger roles, managing complexity, or navigating ambiguity and expectations.
The intent is long-term leadership effectiveness, not quick fixes or generic coaching frameworks.

Across my executive career, one of my strongest contributions has been building cohesive, accountable, and high-performing teams.
I work with promoters and senior leadership groups to strengthen alignment, clarify roles and expectations, and build trust at the top.

This involves clarifying priorities, sharpening strategic choices, and aligning leadership around what truly matters.

Board Contribution & Independent Directorship
I serve as an Independent Director, bringing experience shaped by decades in CEO and board-level roles across complex industrial organisations.
My contribution at the board level is grounded in practical leadership experience offering balanced judgement, constructive challenge, and long-term perspective. I support boards in strengthening institutional governance, navigating leadership transitions, and maintaining the right balance between oversight and empowerment.
I remain open to Independent Director roles where experience, maturity, and independence of thought can add meaningful value.
